Lot 15: Blenheim Palace family ticket
Each annual pass family ticket covers 2 adults and 2 children (aged 5-16). Under 5s are free. The ticket can be used for 2 adults if there are no children.
Please note that these tickets are not valid for third party hosted events, this also excludes the Christmas Period between 17th November 2022 and 3rd January 2023.
Please note the 12-month annual pass membership can start from the date of first visit to Blenheim, please ensure your first visit is within the validity of the ticket which is August 7 2023
Lot 35: Creative Writing workshop lasting 2 hours for up to 4 people

The workshop is suitable for anyone, from those who have no prior writing experience through to those who’ve had work published. The session would be conducted in a participative and supportive way. Prior to the session, participants would be asked to produce a short piece of writing in any format e.g. a short story, personal recollection or poem for discussion at the session. The workshop would take place in the home or venue provided by the winning bidder.

Haydn Middleton is a published author of over 200 books for adults and children (some of them quite short!).He has been a Creative Writing Tutor for 20 years and is currently teaching on Stanford University’s Oxford Programme

The Gin Cocktail Masterclass is an interactive session on cocktail culture where you can learn the tricks of the bar trade so you can create your own cocktails easily at home. Your experience begins with a trip to the Turbine Bar where you can choose a Bombay gin to make your own complimentary gin & tonic before heading to the cinema room to be immersed in all things Bombay Sapphire in preparation for your fully-guided Discovery Experience. You’ll then be hosted by one of our Gin Experts to create Bombay Sapphire cocktails in your masterclass.

Lot 43: Astronomy Package
Introduction to Astronomy for yourself and family by an Amateur Astronomy Club member, valid for a year and on a mutually convenient day and time, either in your garden or at a suitable local location. Includes the donated telescope plus help/advice on using it and using your own if you have one but are unsure how to use it. Also included is membership for a year to the Chipping Norton Amateur Astronomy Group (CNAAG) giving access to the monthly on line Zoom group meetings with guest astronomy expert talks. You would also be welcome at any Group activity throughout the year including joining in with any observing sessions with or without your own telescope.
